Not-so-Genuine Gingerbread

Merry Christmas Eve!

Most of my cooking will take place tomorrow, but I thought I'd throw in another dessert for after dinner tomorrow.

I just used a boxed mix for the gingerbread, but to make it blog-worthy I made my own icing.

What you'll need:
1 cup Powdered Sugar
2/3 Cup Unsalted Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Mix on high until you reach your desired consistency :)

I took my mixture, and spread it on the cake!

I can't wait to eat this!! More posts to come after tomorrow.
