Shtuff

This is a recipe that my mother created when I was a child. Kind of a kitchen-sink type thing. It looks like a gruel, but it's honestly one of the simplest, most delightful things.

You will need:
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 can of Green Beans (or half a bag of frozen peas)
1 cup of Rice (Basmati is my preference)
Garlic Salt and Seasoning Salt to taste

First put the rice on. 1 cup rice to 1 and a half cups water.

Bring to a boil and cover. Turn heat to low and let the rice soak up all the water.
Next, you will heat some olive oil on the stove and fry up the hamburger.

To season the meat, simply cover the meat with a light layer of seasoning salt and garlic salt.
When the meat is cooked thoroughly, pour the can of cream of mushroom soup over and stir together.

At this point the rice should be done!

Add the peas to the meat mixture and heat until hot.

Taste the sauce and season to taste, then you are done and ready to serve!!

Believe me you should give this a try. It's a perfect meal when you need something quick and easy... maybe if you are recovering from a pretty awesome graduation weekend :)
