Star Power Breakfast

Someday I will be a fantastic mother... for right now, I am a geeky gamer girl.
I say this because I have fun, crafty tendencies, but they usually surround themes of my awesomeness.
Case and point: Star Power Toast.

You will need:
1 Egg
1 Piece of Bread (of your choice)
1 tbs. Butter
Salt to taste
Star shaped Cookie Cutter

First, heat the pan over medium, and melt the butter.
Then center the cookie cutter on the piece of bread.

Press down, and remove the star shape from the center of the bread.

Place the bread into the frying pan, and set the star cut-out to the side of the pan. Crack the egg into the center of the star shape, and allow to set.

Add salt to taste, and remove when yolk reaches desired consistency.

And you are done!! 

Enjoy this dish, after all, the best way to start the day is with a reminder that it's ok to be a child.

I hope I never "grow-up".
